Anantapur, Sept.6 : The threats made a YSRCP leader , who is very close to the ruling party MLA Kapu Ramachandra Reddy from Raidurgam Assembly constituency went viral in social media today.
The ruling party leader Jayarami Reddy has threatened a contractor and asked him to stop the works of rayadurgam-kanekal road. He also asked the contractor as to how he went ahead and executed the works without meeting the MLA. He warned the contractor that he would have to face physical attacks if the works were not stopped. The state government has approved the 14 km long road construction works from Nallampally village of Kanekal mandal of the constituency. It has also sanctioned ₹17 crore for the execution of the works.
A firm by name DMC has bagged the contract and took up the works. However the ruling party leader Jayarami Reddy threatened the contractor for not contacting the MLA before commencing the works.
