IndraKaran praises KCR on free vaccines gesture

Hyderabad, April 25 : Housing and Endowment Minister A Indra Karan Reddy today praised that Telangana Government has taken a bold step to offer vaccines free to all people.
He said that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has on humanitarian gesture taken a decision to offer free vaccines. The minister informed media persons that the decision by the government is great as it will help a people of other states residing in Telangana state. Chief Minister has been spending huge funds for welfare and this time for Corona treatment too he claimed.
The minister praised that the chief minister is kind enough to offer Rs 2500 cr towards free vaccines to people. Indeed it is a humanitarian gesture to offer free vaccines, Indra Karan Reddy asserted. Telangana state will give vaccines to all above 18 years age, the Minister claimed. Now the second wave is witnessing rapids surge in Corona cases the Government intensifies testing and treatment, he said. As the hospitals are equipped with beds, injections and staff people can get treatment in a better way, Reddy said.
He urged the people follow Corona protocols and prevent virus spread. Those 18 years and above age groups can get the vaccines, the minister said. During lockdown period the chief minister helped workers and poor get essential commodities, he said. Now teachers and private schools staff get Rs 2000 and 25 kg fine rice a family he added.
